Philippine Embassy in Riyadh introduces Appointment System for e-Passport


Starting 04 September 2011, the Embassy will start implementing the appointment system and only applicants with confirmed appointments will be accepted.  Only those with prior appointments will be processed and encoded.

The new appointment system is free of charge and the applicants may enlist themselves directly through either one of the following ways:

·         By e-mail to epptappt@philembassy-riyadh.org indicate the full name, contact number and preferred time and date for appointment
·         By SMS (text) to 0560503895 indicating the full name and preferred   time and date for appointment.
·         Family applicants must indicate all the names of its members. Otherwise only one slot would be provided to them.

  1. Applicant should make an appointment at least 3 days before his/her intended day of personal appearance in the Embassy.
  2. Applicant can request an appointment date and time.
  3. Applicant will be informed of the date and time of appointment.
  4. If the appointment is not confirmed, the applicant must request for another appointment.
  5. The applicant should be at the Embassy at least 15 minutes before the appointment for personal appearance.
  6. Late comers will be entertained after finishing all applicants who came on time.

The Embassy is open Saturdays to Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon except on regular Philippine and Saudi holidays.

Be ready with the requirements

Requirements for e-Passport renewal:
  1. Personal appearance
  2. Original old passport
  3. Photocopy of old passport (data page only)
  4. Duly accomplished passport application form that can be downloaded from the Embassy website: www.philembassy-riyadh.org or obtained from Window 1 of the Consular Section or at the Information Desk at the Embassy lobby (no photo needed)

What to do on your appointment date
  • Come to the Embassy at least 15 minutes before the appointment time.
  • Proceed directly to the encoding Area for encoding
  • After encoding, proceed to Window 6 (Cashier) for payment. (Renewal : 240.00 SAR)

    For how many days i tried to visit official website of our Embassy but still under maintenance due that i need to download the application form for passport renewal. Hi I Just want to ff-up for the releasing of my fathers passport they already renew last june 14,2012 @Al-Khobar EOW,they said to them that we inform on the email but until now there is no email coming from Embassy.pls kindly help.     Ako poh si Nida Alacapa Bacea, d2 poh ako sa AL-MAJMA'AH mgrenew poh ako ng passport Kong, sa may 5, 2013 poh ang expire nya, babalik poh kz ako kya ako mgrenew,
    Bukas poh ng 10am ng umaga, paki confirm nmn poh if ok nya pls asap poh, paki pm poh akoSsa facebook ko ko i2 poh account ko, Nida Alacapa, or paki txt poh ako sa # ko, 0543624514,, salamat poh godbless

  13. good pm po maam sir, ako po si yusoph s. umpar,nais ko pong mag pa renew ng passport para sa renewal?expyrd po i2 dis coming june 2013,nais ko rin pong mag pa sched kung klan nyo po ako papayagang pumunta jan at mag pa appointment? ito po contc no.0537035538,dis week sana po kung pwidi?im in jeddah po.

  14. Good day po. Im Donna del Castillo i have schedule for my renewal of passport on may 5, 2013 it will expire on june 2013. I got married here in Saudi Arabia last january 2013 & i am converted into muslim also my name they change. Before i work here but its already finish my contract my husband get me from my employer before now my visa is in the name of my husband. I just wanna ask lang po sa eform na fil-upan yong name ko sa islamic then last name ko sa asawa ko na ilalagay? Meron pa po ba na mga requirements na kailangan except sa marriage contract?
